Sometimes It Lasts (Hot Guy: Cage York)

If you've read this blog before, you know that Abbi Glines is my favorite author. Her books keep me daydreaming for  days and Sometimes it Last was no exception to this. Abbi knows how to create believable stories that easily capture my attention. Sometimes It Lasts is a continuation of While It Lasts, the third book in the Sea Breeze series. It is the ever-after of Cage and Eva. This is not a standalone novel! While it Lasts must be read before you read this but I can guarantee you that you will love Cage York. I’m warning you, his charm can’t be resisted.

Cage York and Eva Brooks are the perfect couple. They have unconditional love, a steamy romance, honesty, and complete trust in each other, well, at least they thought they did. Cage and Eva are faced with hardships that they have to overcome and their relationship is tested. I really enjoyed reading how they overcame those obstacles because the situations that they were put in were very much real.
This books was filled with surprised—good ones and some sad ones, but, nevertheless, the book was very enjoyable. It makes you wish you were Sea Breeze with them. I think Sea Breeze would be my utopia :)
CAGE YORK. That name makes my heart race. Cage York is a man after my heart; he is faithful, loving, good in bed. He talks dirty, he’s a baseball player, and to top it all off, he has nipple piercings! GOSH, where is MY Cage York!? I need a Cage York! I loved reading about him in this book. You could really tell the depth of his love for Eva, which is DEEP, very DEEP!
After While It Lasts, I wanted to know about Eva Brooks. I just had the impression that she was country girl that fell in love with bad-boy Cage York. In this book, I realized that she was just a girl trying to deal with the curveballs life sends her way.

So did I love it? HELL YES! I absolutely adored this book. It was seriously the perfect continuations of While It Lasts.  If you haven’t read it then READ THEM! Abbi Glines, I love you! Thank you for this great read!
