I'm pretty sure that everyone that follows this blog knows that I'm a huge Melissa Foster fan. I only rave about how great she is every time I review one of her books! Anyways, I'm going to continue raving because she continues writing phenomenal novels!
Jessica is not your typical music-lover, she's a cellist for the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Her life revolves around music. Jamie is an internet-lover, he build himself a company worth billions of dollars. Jessica barely knows how to work her smartphone! Two characters that you imagine would not get along, but they do. I loved this. I didn't expect myself to enjoy it as much as I did.
Jamie was introduced in the previous Seaside Summer novels. We know that he lives with his grandmother while he visits her during the summers. He's been very laid-back and kind of quiet in the previous books. He has a bit of trust issues, but there's nothing like a girl to fix those problems. :) I really enjoyed Jessica! Her personality made her really relatable. Both characters were very career-oriented people and it was nice to read about people that need a break from their everyday craziness.
These books are relaxing, fun-loving novels that will always deliver what you want them to!
Melissa, don't ever stop writing! Whenever I have one of your books I clear my schedule and get comfortable because I know I won't want to get up.
