Redemption (+Review)

I'm not usually a paranormal fan. I did go through a brief stint of being the biggest paranormal romance fan so I decided to give Redemption a shot.

This book can be easily read as a standalone novel. I have not read the previous two books in the series and did not have trouble knowing what was happening throughout.

This books revolves around Evie. With Asher gone, she becomes closer and closer to Gage. I thought a love triangle was going to form, but luckily for me it didn't. I hate love triangles and that would have been hard to overlook in this book!

Evie was a really relatable character. She's a girl who has suffered and is often tested, but she's resilient at the end. Asher is a great hero and does come back, but Gage stole my heart. I wouldn't have forgiven Asher so easily for leaving me! Sometimes it was hard to trust Gage, but he has my heart so I trusted him.

There's a traitor! This part I love! The identity of this traitor is unknown and you want to know who it is and you start questioning everyone and everything!

WARNING: There's a cliffhanger! However, there are two more book in the series so Mrs. Wilson will make up for it!

Overall, I thought this was a great paranormal romance. It had depth, emotion, and clarity. I'm not sure when I'll be able to read the rest of the series, but it is a series I want to continue!
